General
- Big Wow Weddings does not in any way guarantee any response or business relating from an advertising entry on www.bigwowweddings.co.uk
- The advertiser warrants that it has obtained all necessary authorities and permissions for the publication of any photographs, illustrations or graphics submitted to Big Wow Weddings and that the publication will not infringe any copyright, license or any other right of any third party.
- Big Wow Weddings will accept information, graphics and pictures from the advertiser by way of email to info@bigwowweddings.co.uk or by forms completed on www.bigwoweddings.co.uk. Big Wow Weddings cannot accept responsibility for inaccuracies or incorrectly completed forms completed by the advertiser.
- Big Wow Weddings reserve the right to decline or reject any application to advertise on www.bigwowweddings.co.uk at any time without reason. In the event of any application to advertise being rejected after payment by the advertiser, a refund will be given.
- Whilst every endeavour will be made by Big Wow Weddings to ensure the inclusion of advertisements, we are unable to accept any liability for any loss due to non-appearance of any advertisement; neither will Big Wow Weddings be liable for service interruption or any downtime of hosting server.
Advert submission
- Once notification of order, full payment and all relevant advertisement material is received from the advertiser, Big Wow Weddings will endeavour to make the advert live on www.bigwowweddings.co.uk within 3 days. Adherence to this timescale is fully dependent on the advertiser providing Big Wow Weddings with all relevant materials in the correct specifications.
Payment Terms
- Payment for all orders for advertising must be made with the order. Full payment must be received before any advert is made live on www.bigwowweddings.co.uk Cheques to be made payable to “Colin Allison” Please note for cheque payments, adverts will not be made live until clearance of funds from the advertiser.
- For Banner Advertising, Product Catalogues and Product Catalogue Updates, Big Wow Weddings will contact the advertiser on receipt of full payment to advise of specifications for associated graphics and pictures and to arrange submission of same. Cheques to be made payable to “Colin Allison” Please note for cheque payments, adverts will not be made live until clearance of funds from the advertiser.
Cancellation Policy
- Once any advertisement has been placed and is made live on www.bigwowweddings.co.uk, no refund is given. The only exception is outlined in point 4 under General Terms shown above.
- If the advertiser wishes the advert to be removed from www.bigwowweddings.co.uk, Big Wow Weddings will endeavour to remove it within 7 days of notification from the advertiser.
- Notification of cancellation of any adverts must be by email to info@bigwowweddings.co.uk
